Quickbooks is VERY flexible. I think you can interface CLIP with it. Together they make a very powerful combination.

I have the preprinted forms from somewhere else and would like to find a program that can work with it...I know it's kind of backwards...finding the a program to fit a form instead of finding a form to fit a program.

Lonestar, I am not sure if this will work for you, but it is inexpensive ($20.00) and very basic but it has worked for me for 2+ years. It is a basic program that does invoicing, statements, quotes, proposals. It comes with software and forms, about 10 or so copies of each and it works great for that only. Adams is the name of the forms company and it can be found at Staples on the same aisle as the blank forms. Like I said it is very basic but the forms are nice and cheap. If your client list is extensive and you are looking for reports and high level accounting this is not the one for you.
Email me if you have any more questions.

Bushmaster. Great idea. I have Quickbooks pro and was wondering how I might be able to use my logo ,(from Microsoft Publisher), with it. This would work great. Sometimes you wonder "Why didn't I think of that" LOL
You can import your logo to QB, Clip and most others to print on whatever form (invoice, statement, reports, etc) you are printing with that program. If you have an older version of any of those programs you may not be able to, but all of the newer versions do it. Or you can do what Bushmaster said.

Lawn Monkey should be able to do it. I know mine has a place for custom invoices but I don't use it. They also have a link to Quick Books. Call the service people a LM and they will answer your questions, 877-529-6659.

I contacted them on that feature and they said ..
"Custom Invoices are usually requested by Lawn / Tree Spraying companies who need additional, specific and unique invoices. In this situation we get the specifications from you on what you need your invoice to be designed as and we create a custom-made software program that attaches to LM. The cost for this programming time usually ranges from $150.00 to $300.00.
It is not currently possible to design your own invoices in Lawn Monkey 2000. The upcoming release of LM 2001 will not have this capability either, but we hope to create this capability in upcoming releases."

I mailed LM my old invoice, and they designed it to the T for $150.00. I go to my usual printer for the forms. Works great for me.

Quick Books is what i use.
Custom invoices (for the most part)
no pre-printed forms required. Quick books will work with your lazer/buble-jet printer to print everything you need from blank paper.
great preformated profit/loss reports, collection reports, AR reports and pretty much everything you could ever want.
the only thing it lacks (QB PRO 2000) is the ability to schedule your lawns/route.
when you find something that cuts it for ya please tell me, i will be the first to buy.
