Down here in S.W. FL they are really cracking down. You must have at least 3 yrs. in the lawn or landscaping business before you can even take you test. I was stopped and told not to spray any more roundup or face a $5000.00 fine. They didn't have to tell me twice!. I now have a licensed company spray for me. I don't have $5000.00 laying around! I only have about 2 yrs. in lawn biz. Be careful, it's not worth it.

If anyone deserved it Davet tree did. They're supposed to be a leader in the industry setting an example being the oldest tree + landscape co. around. I don't know about they're landscaping, but in my area they do some pretty crappy work on the trees.
