This is what I meant, not the Vac. Looking for opinions on the Billy Goat (16hp) Debris Loader. Thanks.

I am looking for new opinions, thats why I am skipping the search.

The 16hp is a great machine! I love the Billt-Goat the best after testing the competition! Heres our mounted on the front.

I just purchased the Billy Goat 2 weeks ago. Have yet to put it in the field though. I campared the 2 of them side by side and really couldn't tell the difference. They have identical engine platforms. The only differences i saw was the intake tube on the Little wonder is 3ft longer because of the collection handle.

Can't wait to try mine. I almost have my trailer finished, doing some last minute painting.

That looks just like mine. The 16 hp, the 23 hp is huge and i don't know that you could bumper mount the 23hp unit. He posted some good clean-up pics a few days ago.

I like my 23 hp Billy goat. I've only used it once this season, but it does make it nicer than putting leaves in the truck by hand. I mounted it to the trailer but I think next year it will be in the front of the truck. I'll try to take pics this week - if it stops raining. Joel

I've been really happy with our Billygoat. It's the 16hp.
Make sure you get one with the new discharge tube design. It's taller and has a more gentle curve. Mine came with the older design and my only complaint with the unit was that it would clog right in the bend of the discharge when sucking up wet leaves. So I ordered the newer style discharge part and just put it on. I won't get a chance to try it till tomrrow, but I think it will make a great difference.
I'll post pics of the ywo so you can see what I'm talking about.

Here's the older style with the sharp bend.

And here's the new one with the more gradual curve, on the machine. It's about 18" taller so I had to mount the unit lower to end up with the discharge in the same spot. Which is actually alot easier to start and fill up.

Mine has the new discharge shoot. I have yet to use it but can't wait.

Lawncrafters, how about a thread with pics of your leaf rig?

I hated clean-ups until I got mine. Its only an 11 HP but it does the job just fine. Makes short work of huge leaf piles.

Sure I'll try and get some new pics tomorrow.

Landscaper3 , this may be a dumb question but do you guys drive the truck with the vacuum on the front ? We don't have alot of leaf jobs down here in Florida and Ive never seen a leaf rig down here . Just thought it might be difficult to drive .. Thanks Chris

Here, I just took a couple of shots. Couln't geet a good one from the side right now, it's parked too close to a fence.

Those two rectangular holes twards the top of the rear door are where the Billygoat used to be mounted with the old discharge chute. Pretty high up ther, a real pain to gas up. Although if someone were to rear end me I woulndn't have had to worry about the vac.

I made the entire box from scratch out of 1.5" square tube and heavy sheetmetal. It comes apart into 9 seperate panels that can be stacked flat for storage. Plus 2 screen panels for the top.

Yes we drive it just like it is! Just have to remeber its a WEEEE-BIT longer!
