I recently started doing lawn maintainence on apartment complexes, What should I charge to core aerate the property?
the going rate for maintenance around here is between $9 and $10 a door per month.

Aeration is usually 3 X lawn maintenance...so its 3 X the amount you do for a one time maintenance job

First find out the going rate in your area for this type service(call the competition). Next figure out your production rate with the equipment you will be using, figure out your overhead and labor cost and add a profit to it and then look at the numbers to see if it is worth your time or not compared to the going rate in your area.
