I have an Exmark TThp48" W/Ecs. Could someone tell me the
best way to level deck, and should the front or the rear of
deck be a little lower. It mows really nice, but on a slight
hill I can notice one side a little lower than other.

Pike,

Before I tried to adjust the deck I'd check it on a solid flat surface. It sounds to me like you may have a soft tire or something else instead. Generally an unlevel deck will cut unlevel on flat or hilly surfaces. When a deck cuts fine on flat surfaces and then uneven on a side hill for example airing the tire up and additional 3 - 4 pounds fixes the problem. When in doubt pump them up to 16 psi or so and see if the problem goes away.

In most conditions you want the deck to be level from side to side and you want the front of the deck 1/4" lower than the back when measured at the blade tips.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

Thanks

Terry
