Ok, might seem dumb, but How does a boom stand work for a 8"x25' long vac hose-if the boom is only a few feet long?

lawn boy just wrap the hose around the chute and tie it off but wait untill the thing cools off or u will melt the hose

The hose is 12" diameter LOL. I need to make a boom support for my Giant Vac Loader because the one that went with it was broke. Its difficult to maneuver 12" diameter hose in your hands, so I REALLY need the boom for the job, not for storage or transport.

know one has a boom to cover 25ft of hose son.remember most vacs like giant vac only come with a 10 or 12 ft hose.thats what my 3 giant vacs came with.i know billygoat makes a boom that hooks onto the hose 3 or 4 times

I think the main purpose of the boom is to help you swivel the hose around, but more important for the hose to have a straight shot into the impeller. I Will take a pic of mine today.
