My prospective:
I have been a property manager for the last 10 years.... I have worked over the commercial yard care for Associations, condos, Apartments and indivisual homes... I have used many landscape maintenance providers and have seen quite a few lawn care proposals.
Frankly... most lawn care maintenance companies do not know how to put together a professional lawn care proposal. My experience shows that the best prepared proposal is always seriously reviewed.
Myself along with landscape maintenance professionals, association board members and apartment managers have put together a lawn care proposal that doesn’t fail.
