where did the email go?

Simple question: where did the email feature go? I miss it, and would like it back.

A while back we disabled the e-mail feature due to outside sources sending spam mail to members at the site. We are working on setting up the email feature so spam can be detected or at least we can be aware when someone is sending spam mail.
