pricing for leaf clean up????

ive been in the bussiness for a few years now and am trying to change my leaf clean up prices.i always dont seem to make enough money for the time it takes to clean leaves. i used to add like $10-20 on top of ther regular mowing cost each time i do leaf cleaning and would usually hit everyone once a week.but for most custimers that doesnt seem to be enough as i am there much longer.
so im trying to figure out a new pricing set up.
what do u guys reccommend????????
should i hit people every other week or every week?
should i have a set price that is much more then the mowing charge?
charge by the month or by each cleaning?
should i have a fixed price or charge by the hour???some fellow landscapers in my area have suggested charging by the hour since sometimes it take longer then others, like if its windy or if the leaves are wet?

give me some suggestions.

i charge 45.00 per hour and i do not haul the leaves away.i`ll take them the curb,or out to feild or burn em.i never had a complaint about not hauling thr leaves away.

this is my first reply so here goes, ive been operating my bis now for 12 yrs , i do my clean ups buy the hour . my rate is $30.00 a man hour, if the customer wants a flat rate price , i estimate how many hours it will take one man to do the job. we agree on the price then i bring in 2or 3 men in to do the job. I make more money with more hands, the more hands the cleaner the the yard , we dont miss a thing , today alone my income was $575.00 and i do take leaves away if i must at $60.00 a load So dont cheat your self , do a good job and the customer will pay you good money,

I also charge by the hour. Usual Charge is $40hr then increases depending on how thick the leaves are and if they're wet or not. Then another $20 for disposal. My customers seem to be perfectly fine with me prices. Just do a good job, and you'll get paid for it.
