New Lawn Contract?

I am one of those "newbies" and I have attached a contract I am thinking about using. Please let me know what you think.
Pros, Cons, and what I should add.

Just a comment...Give a range of days that the lawn mowing will be done. I have worked for a landscape company there will be alot less stress on your part if you are not so specific
You tell the client or customer that you will be there every 7 days they will hold you to it no matter what the circumstances. Having a range in the contract allows or weather, and scheduling issues that may come up.
