fertilizer application and leaves

this yr. i have a few more application cust.then last yr. and not much time to run back and forth to peoples house to see if the leaves been picked up so i can apply my last application.

my question is: how do you guys who do chem. applications handle leaf problems,lawn customers get mad when an application is done on top of leaves. and the same ones wait till the new year to clean them up anyway!

Have them call you the day they pick up their leaves. If you can get there in a day or so, shouldn't be too much of a problem. Most homeowners do their own leaf work on the weekends, maybe check the lawns on Mon. Tue.?
