Does anyone know where I can get a list of property transfers within a certain area within a certain period of time? I want to target new homeowners with a mailing at the start of the season. I know they are available somewhere because 3 days after I moved into my new home I got nailed with direct mail of all sorts. I tried a place in Ohio New Homeowner Services. He promised me recent lists for a reasonable fee. What I got was 3-5 month old lists that I did not want. Any help would be appreciated.

A-1,
try www.thewarrengroup.com They have exactly what you're looking for. We use a similar service up here in NH with EXCELLENT results. I think the cost for our service is only $70 per thousand names. When we factor in the towns we want, subtract rentals\condos, etc., and dtaes of homes sales, we get about 300 names of high quality leads.

Around here they publish them in the Saturday paper. It should be public knowledge and be available from your local county government.
