Hardly a legitimate poll, when it doesn't even list several of the main players in that market.

I use QXpress from Alocet. It links to Quickbooks Pro.
I have never used any other programs, so I cannot compare. I do like what it has to offer however, and find no need to look elsewhere.

Potamac, mind sharing what it is that you've outgrown? I was thinking about Groundskeeper for myself. Keeping in mind that I have a very small business, what did you especially like or dislike about it?
I currently use a cheapy generic program made by Pro Ventures, called Invoices & Estimates. Got it at Staples for like $29.
It's ok, no real complaints. But there are a few features that I wouldn't mind having in a program. And Groundskeeper has them, and is very affordable compared to some of the programs out there!.

Gogetter, I am running the Invoices and Estimates also... but I think I am leaning towards Groundskeeper Pro

I have Groundskeeper. I just could not get use to it. I am a little different then the regular LCO. I am mainly in Spraying and fert.
Only have 5 mowing accounts. Groundskeeper doesn't have all the pesticide criteria that I need.
This past year I had Quickbooks Pro and I am giving Qxpress a lot of thought. They had a great deal to offer.

Quicken or Quickbooks works fine unless you really want to spend more money or have a large operation.

I've tried just about all of the lawn software out there, and I just made a ton of forms in word. Takes a little longer, but I only have a few customers and everything looks exactly as I want it to.

I have used groundskeeper pro for over 5 years and love it . I have a medium sized company and do over 300k annually and it still meets my needs. they are always advancing the program and love the free upgrades they always make
