The price looks fine for a standard belt drive walkbehind, but are you concerned about dealer support? You may find that a lot of people here value a relationship with a local dealer. Buying a mower from a local dealer many times pays off in the long run when you need help with equipment RIGHT AWAY.

I would go with the Exmark, if your using this commercially, the Sarlo's I saw looked cheap.

yes i am concerned about dealer support and want not. i will just prolly buy an exmark. thanks for the comments.
