I have an ExM TT HP 48" and REALLY want a blow-out baffle for it. Will one be available soon? Exmark has been promising this for years.....

Nature,
I don't have the exact date or part numbers yet but it'll be here before the spring season starts.
Thanks
Terry

Terry I have 2 48" TTHP's that have the mulch kits installed. Do I need blow-out baffles for them or is the baffle just for side discharging or are the baffles allready part of the mulch kits, but an option for side-discharging? Hope this makes sense. Thanks for any help you can give.

TJLC,
I haven't used the baffles myself yet..........I guess I could see how they work in snow.........but my understanding is they are quite a bit different than the perviouse blow out baffle. This new generation of baffle is reportedly more effective in both side discharge and mulching.
I'll keep you posted as i find out more.
Thanks
Terry

Johnny,
The new baffle will be available for just about everything we make with only a couple of exceptions. I don't know that this replaces the current baffle we have now but it is different and may even work in a wider variety of cutting conditions.
Thanks
Terry

Fareway,
Nothing official yet but it looks like baffles will be available for everthing except the 32" and 36" fixed decks used on the Metro and Viking hydro. The 36" floating deck and all decks 48" or larger will have a baffle available.
Thanks
Terry
