Composite Pricing

Hey all new here just have one question (for now)

Have any of you tried composite pricing instead of line item pricing?

For example You give the customer a price per square foot including all items. From reading all of the posts in the past it seems that companies are contracting mulching to one person, mowing to another and so on. Anyways just a thought let me know what ya think. Thanks

as far as maintenance? no. i do individual services/costs. with installations i will go by the square foot where applicable.
