2 men working
52" ZTR $8000
21" Push Mower $400
Trimmers $500

Here are a list of the lawns that I did on the side last year w/ a helper trimming:

Avg Time Price
1) 40 mins @ $20 weekly
2) 1 hour 45 mins @ $50 every other week
3) 1 hour 30 mins @ $50 weekly
4) 1 hour 30 mins @ $50 weekly
5) 2 hours 30 mins @ $60 every other week
6) 2 hours @ $45 every 2 or 3 weeks
7) 1 hour @ $30 every 2 or 3 weeks
8) 40 mins @ $35 weekly
9) 1 hour 20 mins @ $40 every 2 weeks

Should I raise any prices this year? Or just leave them the way they are and find more accounts this year?

you have quite a range if you figure things out per hour. you go from $24 p/h to $52.50 p/h. i'd focus on more of the accounts where your spending 40min and getting $35 weekly.

I'd have to agree.
It is a lot harder to try and change all your current prices, so I would raise them up a bit, and try to focus on bidding more uniformly depending on the time it takes you. Try to stay at that $45 - $50 per hour range you seem to be at for everyone, otherwise, when you think about it, you are paying the difference in the longrun.

The rates seem low for my area. I try to get $65.00 per hour, averaged over an 8 hour day/ man hour worked.

The different accounts show different rates of pay..so its a little hard to follow. I would agree with the guys and say you are a little low. You would be alright raising the prices a little IMO.

I would up the ever other week and the every month and stuff. I would up these at least 15-25% pending if you really want to keep them. As for the every week raise them 10% min.
With two guys this is pretty low. I was making 17.50 for 15 min of work by myself and I was the lowest in the complex by 2.50. I did Have a full day there though at roughly 24 lawns.
