Forum upgrade to 1.14

Hi,

I will upgrade the forum program from 1.13 to 1.14 tonight. The new version solves some bugs and is faster.

I hope the downtime will be minimal; however, you can expect up to two hours if things go wrong.

The forum is now upgraded!

As you can see, there is no big difference (if any?) in what you see (output); changes are mainly bug and security fixes and code optimization.

If you encounter any problem with this new version, don't hesitate to tell me.
