The Lawnboy's are holding up well. Even better since I started using Opti2 oil in then this past year.

Damn! That's the tallest gate I've ever seen! How tall is it?
And how much does it weigh? Does it have springs or anything on it?

Last question, why so tall?

I like your trailer.

What do the call that flange on the discharge? How much?WHERE CAN you get one?

You are correct. I think it is the tallest gate I ever seen. It's about 7'. I do have 2 160# springs for assistance, it makes a huge difference. The OCDC on the Super Z is made by Quikchute. I paid 200.00 for it. The trailer was built from scratch by a friend of mine.

Very Nice. I'll agree, that gate is one tall mofo. Good luck this season!

How did you put the 2 blades together? Also, does the chain striper work as well as rolers? Thanks James

Sorry for the delay. I use a carpenters speed square to me sure the blades are 90 degrees, then I impact them on.

Fescue Farmer here over the plateau in K-Town - Love that yellow trailer - we almost painted the bed on our old Isuzu Yellow, but whimped out and opted for M-F gray for a neutral background for our signs - love that yellow though!

Question - the under deck photo showing the front blow out baffles - did that come stock or was it an add-on? I have a pair of Hustler Super Mini Z's - 25/52", and PJ, the Hustler Consultant said that they are not available for the mini. I have a quikchute like you and when it is closed I get mega front blowout! I am trying to put a stop to it, but it looks like I may have to fabricate my own blowout baffles or a simple rubber flap in the front. I just wondered how yours worked.

I have the qwikchute also, and I have a pair of baffles on the way. Would you be interested in fabing one of those stripe kits and receivers for me for some $?

Heres my baby on day one. She looks nothing like this now!!!!!

That striper weighs in at around 50 or 60 lbs and would probably be pretty expensive to ship. There is about 33' of chain on it.

Yeah that would be great. I'd be interested in just a ballpark figure.

Thanks for the response. Its fun tricking these machines out.
