View Full Version : Suspension Seat
Does the new LS Full Suspension seat fit a new Exmark HP. What is the price on that also?
Also wondering what the price is on the Custom ride suspension kit for a HP.
Thanks

Oleo,
The LS seat will fit any of our zero turn riders. Price is around $500. The Comfort Rides Seat Suspension is around $200.
Thanks,
Terry

...and one of the best things you will ever buy for yourself in this biz.
Which one are you talking about Hoss?
Now is that MSRP? Probably can get them a lil cheaper!?!

Any chance on getting a air conditioned seat some day when you’re on that mower for 4-6 hours non stop in the summer its gets very sweaty.

Sorry, I was talking about the Comfort Ride system. Its $199 and I really doubt you will get much if anything off the price of it. That is the price everyone I've seen have paid.

I put one on my full size (60") lazer last fall. It went on in 15 min. I had to raise the steering arms because you sit a couple of inches higher. It really smoothed out the ride and took alot of strain off my back. I was going to put one on my lazer HP, but I don't want to sit up any higher. It does not sound like much (2") but it did make it a little more difficult to get under low hanging branches.

I had mines a couple of weeks now. My only complaint is sitting higher I struggle to us the deck foot pedal. I acually have to stop and extend the right joy stick to allow my leg room to raise the deck. That sucks because I use it a lot while mowing for roots and obsticals. Being 6'6" and 290 doesnt help either.

I bought an after market suspension seat last year (basically the same as Exmarks suspension seat but cheaper) but I may buy the add on for 200 just to see what its like.
I love the suspension seat but hearing hoss rave how good the comfort ride is seems worth a try. The suspension seats are lacking in the padding department.'
Anything when it comes to my rear end and kidneys.
By the way the air cond. seat sounds like a plan.

Blessed 1,
The Lazer Z and Lazer HP in recent years have had adjustable height drive levers which may help. You may want to look at your machine and determine if it is possible to raise your drive levers.
Thanks,
Terry

I aready checked and its in the tallest position. I have this seat on my 60" Lazer. I would not attempt to put it on my hp, its already a tight fit. You can't have it all. I will get used to it. Thanks!

Guys,
I wouldn't give up on the HP just yet. I'm 6'3" and to be honest the HP fits me better than the Lazer Z. It all comes down to what you find comfortable and what you like.
Thanks,
Terry

Worth every bit of the 200 bucks it cost! Installed mine as soon as they were available last summer on my LHP. At 6'7" I too have had a fair amount of trouble with the deck lift pedal and a little with the levers. Perhaps this summer some creative welding? Still, very much worth while!
