Tony,

I'm interested in the lawn care tech position. How's the cost of living in Wilmington?

Matt

Matt, I would consider the cost of living to be about average in this area. Apartments start at 440/ month, houses 650/month rent. You can buy older houses in the 100,000 range, and newer 1200-1500sq/ft spec homes from 140,000. That is within Wilmington, you can travel 15-20 minutes and find stuff for really cheap. It is a nice growing town, and like anywhere, you will make money on any property you may decide to purchase.

What kind of experience do you have, and what are you looking for in your career? This could be an incredible opportunity for you if you are mature and serious, I have a very aggressive growth plan on place for the company.
I look forward to hearing from you.
