Any of you folks have a 25HP Kubota (on a Grasshopper), if so, what oil filter do you use? I'm tired of paying $8 at my dealer when Wal-Mart sells Fram filters for $2.50, I'm sure Fram or some other manufacturer makes a filter to fit.

What is your Kubota filter number?
This is the Fram # PH3593A. Also here is the Puralator cross refferance guide(someone on LS gave it to me)http://www.pureoil.com/catalog/xref.asp

Purolator L14459 or PureOne PL14459 (damn good filter)
:D Damn somebody remembered the Pureoil site. I had beaten everybody in the head with that site on several threads. I didn't think anybody cared :D As Bob stated, the Purolater web site is very useful. Even if you choose to use a not to use Purolator, you at least have a auto filter number to cross to your favorite brand
Keith, I keep the Purolator site in my favorite places list!

This is the same filter# for the filter that goes on my 26 HP Yanmar engine on my Chopper.
