Simple, yet classy. A+

02-10-2004, 06:24 PM
Looks GREAT! Where did you get it done & how much?

02-10-2004, 06:32 PM
We had it done by the same guy that designs Hamon's and walker-talker's postcards. This guy is surely a first class guy to work with. I haven't recieved the invoice yet, but I think it will come around $100. e-mail me or PM if you want his e-mail.

Here is some of th work he has done for me:

02-10-2004, 10:01 PM
I like it but at the bottom it say "Free mowing with a yearly lawn maintenance." I think you should have some condition they can refer to at the bottom telling them that it means only on free mow(or do you give more)?

I have something like that on mine that says "Sign up today and get your 5th CUT FREE!**

(**New customers only)

Anyways what I getting at is they look great!

Notice that there is a (1) right next to free. We got that fixed so there is a space between them.

Hi rvsuper,

Your door hanger looks really nice! I bet you get a lot of business because of it!

02-11-2004, 01:18 PM
Very nice door hanger, eye catching and professional.
How much is it costing you to have those printed up, and where at if you don't mind me asking?

02-11-2004, 02:36 PM
Looks Great! Any estimates yet on printing costs, etc.? It appears that you have a high-quality marketing tool there, but the proof will be revealed in the amount of work you gain.

Personally, I think you'll do well with it.

02-11-2004, 05:07 PM
I like it! Could you possible e-mail me the info. also. Thanks

02-11-2004, 08:34 PM
Just got the invoice today. $151.66 for 1:30 hours work and a $35 dollar stock photo charge. I am unsure how much it will cost to print at the time.

e-mail the guy: shawn@imdesigngroup.com Tell him Alex from Pro Cut sent you!!!!

Definatly worth the high price!!! The high res looks even better!

Looks good, but what a waste of time and money. Customer says "I'm gonna go with this guy because his flyer looks better than this guys, although they say the same thing, His FLYER is so pretty." Customers really think like that???

02-19-2004, 08:47 AM
Tell me which provides a more professional image:

A flyer that is hand written, or a doorhanger that someone paid 100 dollars to get designed?

It's all about projecting a professional IMAGE.

02-19-2004, 09:07 AM
I agree, but you not understanding what I'm saying. Just because you have a nice looking flyer or door hanger doesn't mean you do good work. You have to understand the customers perspective.

02-20-2004, 12:20 AM
Yes it does mean he does good work. His DAD (me) is a golf course superintendant and wouldn't expect anything less than good work. I perfectly understand what you are saying, but that won't happen in this case.

02-20-2004, 12:38 AM
ok......you win

Mines not quit as nice, but I got mine done for $60. If anyone wants contact info PM me.

Edit: Click this LINK (http://www.smallbusinessstyle.com/lawntek) and you can view the door hanger at the bottom of page. All the work my designer has done is on this page. Everything on this page was done for very little money.

02-20-2004, 01:54 AM
Here's the back... I don't know why it didn't show as a picture? I had to resize them. so they are a little small.

go to entaecan publications web site & get 5,000 door hangers for $295.00 plus shipping

02-24-2004, 10:29 PM

5000 door hangers with perforated business cards on the bottom, around the same price.

02-25-2004, 10:30 AM
how long does it take for those doorhangers to be printed and sent out. Also I couldn't find the doorhangers on the entaecan publications web site, do you think you can send me a hyperlink. And how big are those hangers.

02-26-2004, 06:35 PM
Just got off the phone with a printing company. 61 cents a peice for 1000 plus set up costs. Sounds like a good deal to me. Full color, full bleed on 110# index. How does this sound?

02-26-2004, 09:23 PM
rvsuper, Check out the prices at http://www.postcardwarehouse.com/door_hangers/index.html They do great work. Several members including me have used them and the product is top quality. Takes about 10-14 days to get them and they have a $50 setup charge. But 2500 for $349 is a lot better deal then what you got quoted. For $50 more I would go for the 5000 quantity.
