I found an 18' trailer (open, 4' mesh sides, treated floor, drap gate at the rear) for $1350. Is this a good deal? I can get a 16' the exaxt same as the 18' for $1250.

If these are new then those are incredable prices. I paid $2300 for my 16ft trailer with drop gate a tube steel contruction.

I guess it depends on where you live. I only pay $950 for 16 foot trailers here in NC.

Sounds good to me, havent checked in a while but 12 footers here were around 1000 new

that price sounds average to good if used, if they are new, go for it, make sure they have brakes, you will need them with that size trailer. There is nothing worse than feeling your trailer push you through a stop sign or light.
