crush/run and rip rap estimator

OK yall, I'm on a roll now. I wonder if there's an estimator for #57 crush/run gravel and rip rap stones.

when I want to find out how far gravel or rip rap will go I call the people that handle it. They got the formula's for you. Go to the people that deal with gravel and rip rap they'l give you your answers/

Check what the quarry gives you compared to this..might not work for Rip-Rap.
For 2" Depth:
SqFt x .17 / 27 x 1.5 = Tons needed
For 4" Depth:
SqFt x .33 / 27 x 1.5 = Tons needed
