Rose care

I picked up an account with roughly 150 hybrid tea roses. I know the basics of rose care, but feel I need to know more to do these beauties justice. Anyone?

I too just got a job taking care of a very large rose garden, mostly heirloom varietes. I'm in charge of everything. I know to prune around valentines day, I know they are pain in the butts to care for, I know I've got alot of roses to care for.

I know I could just go to Google and start searching and reading, but does anyone out there have any good references?
