Truck Tools Checklist

Hey fellow landscapers hows everyone doing? Does anybody have a sample file of a truck checklist form that I could work from and use as an example for my list. I am putting another truck on the road this year and I want to have an offical checklist for the employees to tick off before they head out to do the route.

Items like

First aid kit
safety glasses
safety boots
safety gloves
bags
business cards
tools

etc you get the picture...

Could one of you or more PM me or post a sample form?

extra parts
trimmer line
extra spools
fix a flat
wasp spray
clean shirt
cell phone
jackmany tools
safety gear

Pretty much anything you think you will need and then some. Try using the search button, there have been a few threads about this topic.
