Anyone care to share their cover letter?

I'm looking for ideas for a cover letter to give residential customers along with their estimate/proposals. I have letterhead, but I'm thinking I should make it look more like a flier. Maybe with a picture or 2 of a lawn we do.

I'm going to pop open my old Publisher 98 program and see what I can do.
