No grass here yet. Our grass doesn't really start to grow until the Cherry Blossoms show white color in D.C.

We do cleanups any day its mild, still have 6 or so big ones leftover from fall. If they get done before March 1st I still classify them as "fall" cleanups, after that then get renamed,.... yup you guessed it "spring" cleanups.

I have a couple cleanups left to do and then its small jobs like gutters, cutting back winter growth on plants, and then getting everything ready for spring

Was high 60's yesterday. Busy doing pre-emergence and cutting down last years growth on ornamental grasses, pruning tree's/shrubs, cleaning beds and reappling mulch. Grass should start to green in about 4 weeks or sooner if we keep these high temps. Trying to get all the supplies before the season starts and get all equipment tuned up and ready to go.

We just starting getting some stuff together for spring but untill its safe to take the sanders off the trucks we cant really get much done.Got a chance for ice tonight and maybe some more next week so it will be a little while yet before we really get into clean ups.

We started with our early spring fertilizer and lime applications. It's nice to get that out of the way a little early and the grass is responding well to it.

Been Mowing most the year off and on between the rain. Finished pruining all the trees and cutting back of rose bushes (huge thing here with Jackson Perkins in our back yard). Very little spring cleanups yet. Alot of twig and branch cleanups from the rain and wind we had here a few days ago.
Fert first week in march if weather is good.
Grass is looking like it really might be perking up and looking for some real growth instead of the 1-2 inches in a month.
Yes looking forward to the sunny days to come.

Funny, we still have months of winter left. We are expecting 10" of snow today. Spring cleanups start maybe mid april if we are lucky. It snowed April 20 last year. Might be mowing early May.

I've been doing a few "spring cleanups" for the last few weeks. Nothing too big, but every little bit helps. I've done some tree pruning/thinning, and I just got a small landscape design job I'll be working on.
I've been offering a 10% discount on spring cleanups completed before March 5, so that is bringing some early work.

Can't wait for that warm weather!!!
