Non Licensed I lve n Ohio and I pretty sure you dont need one unless you are appling pesticides

I think in Ohio, it's like Michigan. A license is required for pesticides, only. Straight fert. is o.k..

Home Depot sells a 5 step Lesco program. They dont market it as a 5 step program, but all the steps are there for a homeowner.
Are you just doing this as a home owner, or are you planning to apply commercially?
