Do you have customers you have never met?

How many of you have customers you have never met.

I have never met approximately 1/3 of my customers.

They responded to advertising. I called back with a quote after seeing their lawn, and they said do it. I send them a bill, and they send me a payment. No contact whatsoever.

Yeah, I have a couple like that. Had a few I worked for that it was 2 years before I met them face to face.

I have met or talked to all of my customers at least once. I try to make it a priority to see most of them a couple of times a year though. I think it just lets them know that I care and also helps when they are "underbid" by someone else not to let me go.
