It is my intention this spring to continue design build work on residential waterfalls, koi ponds and specialty gardens, and drop my maintenance accounts as I can-I have a Hort degree and too much experience to list....I need advice on the best way to set up and target market a specific area of my state with a web site for high end homeowners only...please help
The kind of specific targeting you want is not really possible
online (at least not yet). Your best bet is probably to set up
a web site geared to your niche, then advertise it offline
(newspaper ad, yellow pages, etc.). But direct mail is really the
only way to specificaly target an income range and geographic area.
What some companies do is send out postcards directing
people to their web site. Then on the web site they have some
method of generating a lead, such as a free report or free
estimate - some way to get a name and address or email
address. Then follow up on the leads.
