I need to calculate the area in feet cubed and yards cubed of a wedge. My dimensions are 22feet by 18 feet by 2.5 feet. It is shaped like a pizza slice. 22 is the crust, 18 is crust to tip, and 2.5 is the height of the crust. The tip is at height 0. Are yall thoroughly confused? This is for topsoil estimations.

THANKS

I believe it is 79.166 Cubic Feet or 2.9 Cubic yards of material needed

Thank you, I'll take note of that.

I'm not sure I have your shape right. I did a triangle 22'x18'x18'. The 22' side is 2.5 feet high, tapering down to a point where the two 18' sides meet.

The inverse would be 131 SF.

If it were a 2.5' deep triangle 1/2 (0.5x22=11)base x height (14.25)x depth (2.5')=392 SF
