What was the truck used for by the previous owner.

Kelly blue book has the value at $9180.00
The previous owner was a company. They used the truck to get parts and stuff. The company installs and custom builds refrigerated coolers you would find in large grocery stores.
Company bought the truck new and were still using the truck daily until I bought it yesterday. I give $5000.00 for the truck.
Just got home with the truck and It drives out very nicely.
I think i got a good deal on this truck. Going to do Before and after photos and post when I get the truck cleaned up.
thanks to all that replied

You gave 5k for it, I think you got a heck of a deal. XLT, CC w/ a PS deisel. Everybody says to go check the book, but have they all tried to buy one? I know how long I looked and also some of the cr@p I looked at before I got mine. I paid over book, but I have all records and the truck was taken care of. Best of luck.

Thats a good looking ride jlewis.
One of my helpers (newbee) was on the Z doing a clean up last week, made a turn right beside the truck and yep, bagger made a 2' long dent just above the front right tire on the quarter panel. I had to laugh to keep from crying. The same guy has left the water cooler on the bumper, fell off an ran over it with the trailer, lost a gate pin and there no telling what else is screwed up. But he does dang good work. What do you do? Make him responsible for the things he screws up or just over look the small stuff?

I think you got a good deal on that truck. Hope it works out for you. I would have liked to have found the same thing in 4x4.

That's the ugliest truck I've ever seen.I'll "take it off your hands" for about 4k.You get to keep the "newbie".
Looks great!I gotta get me one as soon as I can.BTW,the wife put in her notice and April 16th is her last day.I now have a full time receptionist/babysitter .We all need to get together one night and have dinner.

My truck is doing great. Still need to find a tailgate and add the gooseneck hitch.
Have you started with services yet?
I am in the 3rd week of clean ups and odd jobs. Got some MAJOR brush clean ups set up for this week. I need some non skilled labor for this one. Will be cutting alot of small stuff and loading by hand. I estimated 4 days of work on 1/4 acre.
I was in Madison on Saturday to do a 3 stump grind. Took longer to drive than it took to do the job.
That sounds great.
We visit the Red Lobster in Decatur quite a bit.
Lets try to put something together.

Started mowing March the 1st here.
Got another drainage job to take care of.One sod installation and one landscaping job.Just waiting on the folks who want it done to give the go ahead. Some are waiting on their tax returns.
Just yell if you need any help down your way.I'm as unskilled as they come :)
