I have a dixie chopper full commercial, it does a heck of a job on leaves. Especially with my recent found mulching secret you can't tell leaves were ever there. But as far as customers complaining about the dust getting down in their soil what have your experiences been with people demanding them baged?

We mulch almost all of our accounts. Never have had a complaint about leaf dust. If your dixie chopper mulches that good, I would do everthing posssible to talk them into mulchong otherwise your time on those lawns increase big time. By the way,I have had several people request that we mulch the leaves into the soil instead of bag.

Another option -

Rake or blow into piles, then chop up with mower and bag.
Then apply to beds as mulch onsite or use on other properties or
bag and use later as needed. Shredded leaves are the best mulch - attractive, great for the soil and the worms, and cheap.

Just an option that can be used if appropriate or desired. Its also great to just mulch leaves into the lawn. I would think any "dust" problem would be very temporary, until moisture starts breaking it down into the soil.
