How many of you have ever had OSHA visit you ?

Ever had to make a WC claim ?

Are all of you and your employees up to date on your OSHA requirements ?

I just thought I would bring this out in the open since I just went thru my annual OSHA update class for 2004. If you dont have a designated person on your staff that is OSHA certified.... you might want to get it done before it happens.

Dont think for a second that an LCO dosent need it.... the best plan is one that is in writing.

Tide.... It is well worth the cost incase you ever have a visit by OSHA..... you will know exactly what to do.

that is so funny that you did mention this though, because I just got a brochure in the mail last week about it.

Would you like to tell us what to do? What are the requirements?

Mike..... and others as well, I cant stress enough the fact of having a "written" plan for all safety in the work place. Everything needs to have a written plan from prevention to the what happens if an accident does occur. The best laid plan is the >written< one :)
