New in the business. Licensed and insured. Finally started spraying customers lawns this weekend.

I made myself up a record sheet that is required in the manual.
Requiring : name, address, temp, wind, pesticides used, EPA #, lot #, square ft treated, target pest, mechanical calibration (2 gallons/minute) and other stuff.

My question: it asks for the dosage used

IS that amount of gallons sprayed or the actual active chemical put on the lawn??

actual chemical put down.

the 2 1/2 gallon jug says: 1pound of chemical per gallon
my sprayer calibration @ 2 gallons per 1000K

i put 2.4 qts for acre = 86 gallons which equals .6 pounds of chemical per acre

i spray a 10K yard = 20 gallons which is .1395 pounds of active chemical

so i write down on "dosage used"=.14 pound

Is this RIGHT?

I think you're trying to make it too hard for yourself. I don't think you need to worry about how much a.i. you are using. On 10k, you'll use 17.65 oz of chemical - that would be your dose.
