price for large lawn installs

trying to see if my figures make sense. what do you guys charge per square foot for lawns in the 2.5 to 3 acker range?<p>Thank You<br>John Bell<br>

$.06 per sq.ft. includes slick down with skid steer and harley rake, hand rake down if necessary, seed, straw, fert. <br>Must be 1/2 acre or more or the price goes up per sq. ft.<br>A lot of your price depends on the soil condition before you start. I haven't seen too many install jobs where to soil is ready for seed before you come in.

We get between $3500 to $5500 per acre. unless bigger than 10 acres then price can go down to $2000<p>----------<br>paul<br>

I'll go in at 4 1/2 cents a foot for seeding, with grading extra.
