hydro filter

I purchased a hydro filter from my dealer Sat. The invoice has the right part #, but the filter looks to small. The # on the filter are 0398360z, and 21400e1. Is the correct hydro filter or did they
mess up? Also it was not in a box and is white, I have had a few problems with after market filters and do not want to use them.
Any help will help me, since I do not have a trust in this dealer.

The mower is a 17 hp/ 48 inch hydro walk behind, Hustler.

Part number of this filter is #768341. The filter I'm holding in my hand, which also fits standard Z's and Mini Z's btw, is white and is sealed in a plastic bag, but the part number "P/N 768341" is printed directly below the Hustler Turf Equipment logo. Dimensions are approx. 2 7/8" in dia. and 3 1/2" in length.

Thanks, that is my concern. The filter in received was not in a bag,
did not say hustler on it,nor the part #. Looks like I will kiss this dealer goodby.
