I was IMing to a friend today that lives in NC and he did say it was snowin down there. I thought he was kidding me but I see from your picture ,he wasn't. How much did you all get?

Did you get to work the Ambulance during the snow? We get some good hits with the first snow, even with the seasoned drivers.

We got 1" in SC. Beautiful big wet flakes. A record for this early in November. Last time we had snow this early was 1968. NC and SC get snow several times a year. Some years we can get as much as 6" to 12" at one time. The timing of cold and moisture has to be just right.

How did you get that photo displayed. I registered to photopoint, and Emailed a photo, then they sent ma an Email back saying that my photo was ready, but when I logon there is nothing.

Read the email they sent you closely. If the file is other than a .JPEG file, or if it's a real large .JPEG file it will not post it. Not sure of any other reason.

In the great white north here, we got almost a foot of snow today. One fatality so far and another one air lifted with no news yet. I had 10 guys missing from the factory today, I should have stayed home too, but everyday there is one payday closer to April 1 st.
10 miles north of us they have no snow, I told my wife we should be doing leaves there.

No snow yet for us! We have snow in the mountains, about three feet to be exact. I live in a valley so we don't have snow yet. It's definately cold enough though. I about froze my butt off doing a leaf cleanup on sunday. Good thing I was always moving around, otherwise my blower would still be frozen to my back.:D

We're up to three dead from the storm now and had another bad accident about 3:00 this afternoon, might be two more. I drove 35 all the way to work this morning and about 25 all the way home. I usually stay a little later until most of the factory traffic is off the road. There was only 5 or 6 guys away today.
