Yard sings work great. If your going to be putting one in front of your own lawn I would go with one with a metal frame. mine was around 100$.

If your talking about the 24"x18" coroplast signs (political signs). I had 50 signs made with 21/2 colors on both sides for $280 at http://www.witnessdesigns.com/ . I already had the stakes, but I think they are about a $1 a piece.

I paid for 8 nice yard signs and asked one customer per subdivision if I can put one in their yard for a week or so. I had seven signs out, and within four days, four of them had been stolen. I would never think of stealing someone else's advertising, but I guess it takes all types to make the world go around. Needless to say, I won't waste money like that again.

Most of the time around here if there not put up on your own land, some one will take them down....:)

Are you guys placing these in peoples yards or along the road? I don't think many people would go for a real estate sized sign in there fornt yard. Just my .02.

I just ordered 400 of them today just for aerations. 3.00 a piece. Yes they work better than anything, and not by just a little. My signs are printed on both sides but only with one color. You really don't need a lot of color. These are drive by things, remember. They don't sit and read it

I use the real estate signs (black angle iron frames) I supplied the frames and they only cost me $25 each for 3 color (black, silver, and green) I'll post pics soon, I gotta dig them out of all the snow:rolleyes: hehehe

Chris

My signs stop people in their tracks, I have no idea why, but for some odd reason, they're laid out good and have a good choice of color....

Randy.....I got my signs done by a local company called Xtreme Graphix. The owner's name is Mike Cotton. He has done my trucks, my signs, and the layouts for my flyers. I'll PM you his number, since I don't beleive that I'm allowed to post it on here. I'll attach pictures of my trucks so you can see what kind of job he does. I apologize in advance if the pictures come out blurry but rest assured I'm very pleased with the work he has done for me and I keep going back to him for all my stuff.

Chris

Here's one of the F-250.....

Here's the Ram.......

Sorry about this one, I didn't realize that you couldn't really see the lettering plus the salt doesn't help much. The logo is on the back door of the truck.

Meadow? That Ford lettering seems awefully hard to read.

Sorry bout that, I didn't realize that the picture of the Ram didn't come out good. Also, I took the picture of the F-250 on a cloudy day so the lettering wasn't looking too great because of it being somewhat dark, and the camera giving me a bad picture didn't help matters a whole lot. I'll see what I can come up with in the meantime, but for right now here's another one of the Ford.....

P.S.
The lettering was actually so bright it almost hurt your eyes. It looked good since I tow around a trailerload of John Deere mowers.

Lookin' good.......

Your number didn't stand out to me a whole lot though, maybe the next batch of signs you might want to get your number in a different color or shaded, just a thought.

I just go here:
www.offdutyfireman.com
not sure what exactly i got. If i understood picture posting even in the slightest then i might try and post one. Check out the site, make the decision for yourselves i guess. It was about 1/6th the price i could get around here. I know one guy that got 25 signs made for same price as my 250 signs. Good luck.

Check with Kinko's...they are advertising them for pretty cheap here. Also magnetic door signs are $65 a pair.
