It's a good problem to have, actually. Sales are up over 1,000% YTD over last year. Everytime I turn around a new customer is wanting to sign up for my service. Four just today. Two yesterday. One everyday last week.

May not starve this year!

Good luck with the additional business. I'm still waiting for the winter to end here. Had snow on the ground this morning.

Why are you swamped? Are there a lack of companies? If so the basic law of supply and demand calls for a raise in prices.

My prices are a lot higher this year than last.

The mower dealer said he hasn't seen nearly as many new LCO's this year as last in my area.

Who knows?

we picked up 24 residentials this season and 2 full service commercial properties.

one of the new residential customers just accepted our bid for complete landscape renovation and design, totalling over $7,500. that may seem a bit high for a residential but this is a large home and the plant list alone is over $3,000.

I have the same problem.

A few days of nice weather back to back and the phone goes crazy.

Just added another truck and extra helper. Going to stay on top of it better this year.........I hope.

life is good........

I got to move my business too many other companies in my area. Cut throat business here on longIsland. You have to work real hard to get new customers here.

Not high at all...properties in one of my "hoods" have landscapes that start at over $100k. That is every house, but then again, the homes start/sell for $2-3 million.

good for you man. it's nice to be swamped, if you can't keep up, at least it creates options. i started out strong, signing up new ones daily, but it's slowed alot the last couple weeks

Good for you guys.

Like the last post said, we got snow but it all is going away quickly so that is a good thing. I can't wait to start cutting, but first were going to be swamped with the cleanups. So much sand this year in Ct. Whats the weather like in the Big state of Texas. I was there for awhile at F.t Hood. Man I loved it.....

Welp good luck with your season....
