Thinking about trading in the w/b for a Z. Does anyone use a ztr only (maybe a 21" for trimming) ,but mainly just the Z. I only have 1 property with a fence ,the rest are wide open so will I gain productivity or is this just a pipe dream?

It would be a great benefit to trade in the walkbehind for a Z.
I started with an Exmark 48" lhp and a 21" for trimming, 2 years
ago and never bought a walkbehind. At the end of last season
I added a 60" Lazer liquid cooled for bigger properties. If every-
thing you have is open and you will only have one ztr then a
52" ztr will be an awesome improvement in productivity.
Good luck you won't be sorry.

Thanks Wags, I bought the Z today. I pick it up Thursday. I think it will make me a lot more productive.

Well I did it. Hated to let go of the 36" wb ,but the boss said if you want a z the w/b must go. So I'm selling the w/b to get the z. If anyone is interested it's on the marketplace ,but must go by April 1. The z I bought, Simplicity 20hp 50" deck for $4495. The only thing different on it than the commercial z's is a stamped deck vs heavier welded deck.

Smitty,
Good luck with your new mower. The Z will definately make
a time difference.
