Please help me on this price.

Ok here are the specs. All walkways 3 feet wide. Total walkway footage is 77 feet. Also, there is about 20 feet where a few 1 foot steps will need to be placed. In the middle is a 13 x 19 patio.

My price for paver patio and concrete sidewalks and concrete 20 foot section (also 3 feet wide) with steps is 4520.

My price for all in pavers except for the 20 foot section that has the steps is 6000. Does this seem about right.

Prices all inclusive. All materials wheelbarrowed in and out through a gate.

231 square feet in walkway
247 square feet in patio
60 square feet in a walkway with a few steps to compensate a slope.

Understand, i'm quoting two prices.

One price, with patio in pavers, and both walkways in concrete. This was my first price of 4520

Price two, with all in pavers, except for the walkway with the steps, which I have yet to include.

$14 Sq.ft for the pavers
$32 Sq.ft steps & Caps
If it is easy prep for the project. If not add some $$$ excavated materials.

at the risk of sounding ignorant...............what do you mean by caps?

$10 a sqft plus the cost of the stone for paver/wall work and $8 a sq ft for poured concrete.
