I have a highlander jr salt and sand spreader.
I am looking for parts does any body know were
i can get them. I looked everywhere on the net
cant find them.

Try calling Tarrant Mfg, in Saratoga, NY. That's the manufacturer and they should be able to steer you to a dealer in your area.
