lawn cleanup on wet lawns

how dry do lawns have to be to blow and mulch leaves? i've got two lawns to do and it's been raining so much that it's killing me that i can't get out and serve these customers because i don't know if it would even be worth it to do this when its wet. i've seen a couple of companies out already doing what i assume is lawn cleanup. what do they know that i don't.:confused:

Best example would be to try blowing a dry paper towel,compared to a wet one! it'll pay for you to wait till things dry out, as any reasonable person will understand, if they want a good job & done right! Your reputation is on the line!!
