I am just getting into the business. How do you price spring clean up in Michigan?

The best bet would be for you to figure out an hourly rate for yourself. Say $40 -60. Then determine how long its going to take you to clean up the yard, travel time and if your hauling away stuff include that too.

example. 3 hours labour, 1/2 hour travel and mabey $3 a bag
if your taking the debris with you.

Thats not including the Aerating, say 3 time the price for a cut on that lot.
