Gotta question

I once saw a sheet with set labor hours for plantings. I have a tree job, eight foot dogwood, and cant figure out how many hours to charge for. Really I'm still iffy on the mark-up. Has anyone else ever seen this info? Do standardized labor hours exist?

I don't have an address for them

also do a search for R.S Means they produce a whole series of estimating books and a couple on landscaping maybe of interst to you.

the two book i listed above say a 32" ball dug by hand should take form 27min to 47 min or by a small backhoe 7 min to 15min of course this is just the time actually digging the hole only.

the other book says:
3" cal 36"ball would take from four to six hour to dig by hand or about 20 mins with a small backhoe
