I am fairly new in the business. I have several resident and small commercial accounts in Opelika , Alabama. I have come across a possible "Large" account of 52 total acre's. There are somewhere around 40, 000 square feet of buildings with the rest in lawn, shrubs and parking lots. I haven't a clue how to bid such a large area. I know I will have to have larger equipment and I am ready to go that route if I can land this account. Could anyone give me some kind of a price range I may be looking at? Thanks for the help.

Just go out to every property and bid by the hour DONT FORGET BLOWING THE PARKING LOTS

just remember, after you buy all the equipment to handle the account, and then next year you lose the account because someone underbid you, you will have to come up with some way to make all the payments on the equipment.

figure out the very cheapest you can do it for, and subtract 20%.
