Recommended fertilizer for various trees

What is the recommended fert. and proceedures for and time of year for the following.
1. Bradfor Pear.
2. Azalea
3. Crepe Myrtle?

For a Bradford Pear, STIHL brand fertilizer works wonders. Especially in MS260 formulation with a new chain.:D:D

Followed by a Vermeer SG 252.:)
